Bible word study on ipad

When I use bible word study I get greek and Hebrew KJV 1900 but no definition. Is this normal? Also when I do the

Passage guide I don't get the parallel passages.

The key question is whether you have purchased a Logos base package (or minimal crossgrade). Can you advise on that please?

Also when I do the Passage guide I don't get the parallel passages.

The same question is probably (though I can't be sure) relevant here as well

I just have the free app and the faithlife study bible.
