Is the MacArthur study bible the only resource causing this problem?
Which app are you using?
I was able to open the MacArthur Study Bible in the Bible app on a Nexus 7.

I am having the same issue with a Samsung tab 10.1 running Android 4.0.4. Bible goes to the opening page if I try to open MacArthur Study Bible NASB. This is the exact same issue that happened with this resource a few months ago with an earlier build.
