Can you try installing from here www.logos.com/install ? If that doesn't work post new logs.
Tried you suggestion. Install still did not work.

Can you reboot your machine and try this again? It looks like you already have an install running.
Rebooted and still does not install.

Along with the above problem, this morning I went in to change the font size. The whole system crashed.6837.LogosError.zip
Try starting with CTRL key held and choose blank layout. Can you work normally from there, loading layouts? If not you need to get in touch with Tech Support.
I tried the CTRL key and black layout. The app opened and then gave me an error message and then closed down.

This happen to me, I had to uninstall logos 5 then go to were the logos folder was located and delete logos 4. reboot the computer and install logos 5 everything went ok after that. Doing this is a clean install of everything.
