I'm having some trouble reproducing this issue. What OS do you use again, fgh?

10.6.

There is something weird with this bug. Earlier today I added five clippings to a new file, and they were all unreadable. Just now I went back to that tab to close it, and I found the first three as they should be, while the last two were still tiny:
The only thing I can think of is that when I tested that BUG: Default Text Size overrides the font sliders was still occurring, before bumping it, I had the Clippings file and the two resources I'd taken the first three clippings from open, in hidden tabs, but the resource I'd taken the last two clippings from was already closed. Perhaps making that change in Settings corrected clippings from open resources, but not from closed?
Oh, one other thing: the still tiny clippings come from a PB.
Oh, no! Closing the file and opening it again made all five small again.[:(]
Hope you can get anything out of this.[:D]

This was the key to reproducing the error. Reproduction steps:
- Create a Clippings document
- Add some clippings
- Increase the font size (the clippings increase in font size as expected)
- Close and reopen the document
When the document is reopened, everything except for the text in the clippings is large.
This is working correctly in 5.1Beta 4 with the new text editor, and will be fixed in general when 5.1 ships to the stable channel.

Not quite fixed: BUG 5.1 RC1: The 'box' around a Clipping doesn't always adapt to font size.
