Can't download resources to Bible app
I can't currently download resources to my iPad.
This seems to be true for recently purchased resources, ones I have had for some time and even ones which are downloaded and require updating.
This happens in the Bible! app and Verbum (I haven't checked Faithlife or Vyrso)
Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Yes. Starting last night I have not been able to download resources to any of the Logos iOS apps. I also noticed that they "Index" twice each time I start the app, but still unable to download the resources.
On a side note, just noticed that the forum says I have only "1" post when I know I've made several posts before. Is there something going on at Logos?

I confirm this same behaviour on both my iPad and iPhone.
I expect that this issue dates back to yesterday as I attempted to download a purchase before church yesterday morning. I believed that it had successfully downloaded, however, today the same resource is only available via the cloud and any attempts to download produce an error message.
I am unable to download new and older resources.

Have you recently changed your email address (associated with your Logos account)?
There is a known bug where, in changing the registered email address, the post count is reset to zero. Your original post count can be restored by contacting Logos.

Same here. I can barely use the app at all. It won't download anything. What a bummer! Was hoping to read D.A. Carson on my iPhone!

I can confirm and will create a thread in the beta forum... Has anyone tried to download by instructing Logos to do so through the desktop app? I don't have access to my computers currently.

Like Andy, downloads under the control of L5 don't work either.
I first spotted this after having setup some resources to download from L5 and then opened the app on my iPad.
it seemed to try to download and then flagged the error message saying it couldn't.

Same problem here. I just bought some new books but can't download them. Is anyone from Logos reading this? What's going on and when can we expect it to be fixed?

So glad they are developing a solution. I sorely need something to do in the metro. Carson on my iPhone would be perfect!
