1) How do I delete a passage guide? I have moved the note attached to the guide to another location.
2) Can I get a list of my passage guides?
Note: I do know how to remove templates and get lists of templates, I talking about the actual instances.

1. I don't understand what you mean by 'delete a passage guide', since you say you know what templates are and stuff I don't think you are talking about custom passage guides. Can you clarify this?
Edit: You may try using F5 to refresh a guide if this is what you mean.
2. Again templates are the only ones that get saved, otherwise you may try your Tools-->History to see your previous searches..
If I understand your question, you can delete the passage guides that yuo create. All you need to do is find them in the drop down menu under "guides." Then right click and select delete. Does that help or did I miss the question?
I'll reword the question.
When I have entered a note into a passage guide, each time I request the passage guide the note appears. It also appears in 'My Content' of any other guides to which it is relevant. I want to delete the note and I want the guide to not appear again in any "my contents"

Go to the passage guide, and go to the note, begin editing the note and erase all the text inside the note, now click away in a white area in some other section or another panel (you should be able to click in the white area of THAT section but it doesn't work and this is a known issue, you must click elsewhere). Does this help? Did it stop showing up in the searches?

Clearing the note does not remove it from "My content" ... it continues to show with a blank title and content in the note.

At the moment it seems there is no way to get rid of it from that section. One solution is to hide the section, either by collapsing it or removing it from the guide.
I understand what he's asking and as far as I can tell, once you create a passage guide and give it a title or note, it exists forever. I assume they'll eventually add a list of them to files or guides eventually and allow you to browse/delete them.
what he's asking
Dear Jeffrey Glen Jackson:
Welcome to the forums!
Just a very friendly hint: Our friend "M.J." is not a "him."
But she is a good sport and has shared many, many original PBB creations with us.
Currently they only work in Libronix 3 (and are available in the L3 "file" forum.)
If you have a base collection, I believe it will contain a "key" that automatically allows you to read them.
All the best, and "happy L4'ing!
Regards
Steve F
Oh btw, you can get a list of passage guides by creating a passage guide for Gen-Rev. All of them will show up in My Content then. You may want to create a guide template that just has My Content for this purpose.
FYI There is a case regarding this particular issue of not being able to erase guides from my content. I believe these aren't actual guides but caches of previous guide searches, so look for a fix in an upcoming release.
