How would unhightlight a block of text that Ihave already highlighted on my iPad?

How would unhightlight a block of text that Ihave already highlighted on my iPad?
- Long-press on the text and a menu will pop up
- Choose the "Edit Note" option
- Press "Delete Note"
- Confirm
That should give you what you want.
But be aware that this will remove any text associated with the highlight as well

I'm trying to unhighlight text in the Android Logos app and I can't figure it out. There doesn't seem to be an Edit Note option to remove the highlighting.
