Android app closes to the homescreen.
I am using a nexus 10 with Android 4.2.2. My Logos app - 2.3.9 Build 78
While using resources with charts/graphs the app will close to the homescreen when I try to turn the page to a page with a chart. Not every chart causes this problem though. A couple of resources that have caused this to happen are A Biblical Hebrew Reference Grammar (Van der Merwe) and Volume 1 of NAC (Genesis 1-11). One place in the Hebrew Reference Grammar where the problem occurs is around pages 99-102.
I have tried the delete and reinstall fix and that did not work.
Let me know if I can do anything that would help fix the problem.
Thank you.

Hi Matt,I installed Logos 2.3.9 on a Nexus 10 running 4.2.2 and opened A Biblical Hebrew Reference Grammar to the pages you mention - everything appears to work fine for me whether online or offline. I always tried the NAC, Volume 1 with no issues. I'm sort of stumped on this one... is there a particular page of the NAC where the issue consistently occurs?0 -
Thanks for the quick responses.
I started messing with it again to see what was causing my problem. I think it has to do with the reading plan start/stop markers. When I marked the reading plan completed for two days later (so that the start/stop thing would be gone) the problem was fixed for both resources.
Thanks again for your help.

I have either the same or a related problem with both my Nexus 7 tablet and my HTC One S phone.
But I have noticed it with some reading plans and section marks.
Currently the problem is with a reading plan that is breaking for the day at the Part 2 marker at page 61 of Kaiser's Preaching and Teaching from the Old Testament.
I also have a similar problem with the chart on page 21 of "A Gift From God" by Lary Mercer.
It doesn't matter whether the book is downloaded to the device or if I'm reading online.
I can view page 60 in the Preaching book. If I manually enter "page 63", then the book will open to that page. But if I just page forward, or if I try to navigate to page 61, then it force closes.
I removed the reading plan from the tablet, and suddenly I am able to page through pages 59-63 without any crashes.

I was able to reproduce the problem by creating Reading Plans using the resources mentioned in this thread - definitely a troubling issue. I've written up a case and sent it to our dev team. Thanks for the report.0 -
