I'm new to the Faithlife app. I noticed that in the notes there are plus signs '+' for more info. But they have a padlock next to them and show an error when I tap them.
how do I get the padlocked info?

Faithlife is a part of the Logos/Faithlife/Vyrso system of digital libraries. If there is something that is locked, you will need to purchase it. You can do so through the Logos.com website. Often, the most cost effective way to purchase things is through a base package… but those are not necessarily "cheap." What resource were you looking to unlock?
To clarify: The "padlocked" notes are links to other resources, which you don't own a license to.

so, how do I buy these resources? I see that the notes I'm trying to open are each from different books, mainly to do with the explanation of words.
is there some kind of notes unlock package?
