BUG: Line Spacing setting has no effect on Vyrso ebooks

Changing the line spacing in the settings has no effect on the display of Vyrso resources (type:eBook). Those resources always seem to display with "tight" spacing (when compared to other resources). Regular Logos resources (type:Logos) and personal books (type:"User Created) work correctly.

(Using Logos 5.1 beta 4 for Windows)

I think it is resource by resource. Can you name a few? One of the freebies from today, for example, seems to be just fine. It may be that Vyrso books just ignore the settings.

Hmm, every one I've tried is not affected by the Line Spacing setting. I went down this list in my library, and they were all the same:

Maybe, but why? Seems like a global setting that should affect everything.

I went and got it. And, well, that book is the only Vyrso book I've tried so far that respects the line spacing setting.

The user setting only adjusts books with line spacing set as default or unset. Books can still be specific about how they want their lines spaced.

It is generally rare for Logos books to be specific about line spacing, however our automated process for creating Vyrso books from our publishing partners' epub files accepted and applied those epubs' line spacing attributes explicitly which overrides the users' setting.

To my knowledge, we have since stopped pulling in the line spacing attribute from the epubs since we found (just as you pointed out), the user experience with our defaults+user settings is much nicer.

Can you go back and remove the line spacing from the older Vyrso resources? Or just make Logos always ignore any embedded line spacing in ebooks? I would rather not have any resources with preset line-spacing, personally. I don't think it adds anything.
