Dr Robert Deans Notes- error message
Have been trying for days to update with new notes- get a constant error message:
" An error occurred during the requested action. Please reload the page and try again later."
4 or 5 days later should be sufficient I would think- any ideas on this?

Peace, Whyndell! It is necessary for you to start with you own Documents.logos.com ... Just type that into your browser ... then use the "arrow" by your name to get to Deane's documents....
That's the way it has always been, I think ....

Peace, Whyndell! My sincere apologies! I had downloaded that file a few weeks ago, and it worked correctly then ... but NOT NOW! *smile*
I can open it, but I cannot "receive" it .... Sorry .... !

Whyndell,
I'll look into it and keep you updated as to my progress on this thread. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks for the response- wasn't sure if was a document problem or the server itself.

Alright, I've confirmed that the error you both were receiving was the same error, but I cannot reproduce it yet.
Whyndell, it looks like your copy of the notes document is up to date now. Can you confirm this? If not, can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? I'm guessing that you deleted your previous version and got a fresh copy from documents.logos.com
Milford, it looks like you have a deleted version of the notes document. Does it work for you to copy the document again?

Peace to you, Mitch! I must say you have done an excellent job in working your way through this. *smile* I actually had the document and then decided to delete it for several reasons. Well-Done indeed in your locating it.Mitch Rosenburg - Logos said:Alright, I've confirmed that the error you both were receiving was the same error, but I cannot reproduce it yet.

What I did (for this issue re. Whyndell) is to undelete my notes document (which I have already done!). It seems to be in perfect condition! *smile* (It took a few minutes to "sync" with my version of Logos 5!)
I will decide what to do with the document "down the road"! *smile* (However, I'm just going to "park" it right now in my personal studies. Thank you very much for working so hard for us!
