Logos 4 has stopped working error message

Recently, I have tried to start Logos 4 on my computer and I receive the following message, Logos 4 has stopped working.

I have attempted to hold down the ctrl key and start Logos with a blank layout, but I still get the same message.4456.Logos4Crash42313.zip

As you are running an older version of Logos try updating to the latest using http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

but first enable Diagnostic Logging and upload the Logos Logos Files folder if it still crashes after the update.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, it still crashed after the update. I have attached the log for you.

The error concerns accessing your resource licenses. I suggest you contact Technical Support for a resolution.
