anybody else have this resource and issue?
Apologies, personally not have => http://www.logos.com/product/19000/introduction-to-new-testament-greek

Do you see the resource "Introduction to New Testament Greek (Media)" in your library?
no, I do not see that.
Brent, do you see the title of the book appear when you type LLS:46.20.4 into your command bar? What about LLS:OWGREEK1MR ?
more of the same, different resource. Separation of Church and State What the Founders Meant was recently updated. the audio links work, but the video links say I don't have license, but I own these with the videos. very frustrating.
yes for the first one, no for the second one.
while doing more research, I found this - http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/video-resources
But there doesn't seem to be a list of what resources are affected. my challenge here is not just that I have these two, but I know that I have many other resources that have video links, and I just happened to stumble upon these.
I hesitate calling tech support, firstly because they are only open when I am also working, and secondly, as a tech person, I want to be sure that I have performed due diligence in troubleshooting and research myself.
Anyone else running across these issues?
Hi Brent,
I looked into this, and discovered that with a lot of the older video files we had to separate the video portion to its own book file. We have to then go through and unlock every license for every video resource on every single customer's account that has them. This process is taking a while, but should be completed soon (though I have no time frame). You won't need to do anything on your end to get the updates. Keep an eye on your home page when you get updates to see if those resources are listed in the bunch that were updated.

kewl, thanks.
and now I know....
the rest of the story.
Just got an update for this, Introduction to New Testament Greek, again. And... same issue. The video and audio links do not work. They say I don't have a license for them. Though I obviously do have the license.
It seems other users have the same issue: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/69612/483850.aspx#483850
more of the same this morning. over 30 updated resources this morning, they all seem to be from Bill Bright series'. all audio transcript resources, and when I click the link to the audio, it says I don't have the license. bah- this is getting worse, not better.
turns out one of the resource updates today (later) was the media for the NT Greek main resource. so maybe the Bill Bright media's will soon follow?
