Did you know Logos is hiring? We have 42 open positions. (More, really -- we'd take more than one in some jobs!)
Right now the only thing holding us back is getting more great people on board: we need software developers (always!), but also sales people, marketers, etc.
We previously blogged our willingness to pay $2,000 in Logos credit for referring someone we hire as a software developer.
http://blog.logos.com/2013/01/earn-2000-credit-for-referring-a-programmer/
This actually helped us recruit a couple of people, but we need more!
We know our vast user base knows (and contains!) many talented people who could help Logos grow, and do an even better job serving you and the church.
What will it take for you to introduce us?
Should we expand the software credit to more than just programmers? Did you encourage friends to apply, but worry they never did? Should we just ask you for their names and then hunt them down ourselves with outbound recruiting? (Maybe this is a good idea for programmers, since we can check most of them out online and then approach them with a better understanding of their skills before the first conversation.)
I would really appreciate your thoughts before we launch our next big recruiting push.
Do you know awesome people? Software developers?
Did you encourage awesome people to apply with us before?
If not, why? Would a bigger incentive help?
Did they actually apply? If not, why? Would it be easier to just get their name from you?
Are the people you know just so great you're reluctant to let us hire them away from your church / community / immediate circle? If so, do you have a price? What is it?
Help us help you! Send us your smartest, hardest working, most productive friends! We'll put them to work building better Bible tools!
