He preached in the same church as C. H. Spurgeon over one hundred years earlier. Yet most people today have never heard of John Gill. This is unfortunate, since his works contain priceless gems of information that are found nowhere except in the ancient writings of the Jews.

The James Hastings 5 Volume Dictionary is similar to the Gill collection - not reached CP production level but included in one or more Logos 6 base packages with a promise the pre-pub or CP item would be finalized in the near future and successful bidders at the final price would get the product at that time - and the Hasting set vaulted through the CP process this week just as promised. Hopefully Gill is next.
