I noticed today that when I hover over a verse I typed in my notes it brings up a note from a commentary on that passage instead of the Bible verse.
What happened and how can I change it back?

What version are you running? Can you post some screen shots? Include the note & popup.
Sounds like you have prioritized a commentary above your favorite Bible.
