New Extended Hours

Good news--we are extending our sales and customer service hours to better accommodate our customer's needs.

Our sales and customer service teams are now available Monday–Saturday, 6 a.m.6 p.m. (Pacific Time).

    This is good news!  I went to the link and noriced that the IVP Reference Collection was advertised for $102.  When I clicked on that link the proces was $190.  Do I have to wait for Saturday to get the discounted price?

    Hi Steve--The sale prices are only available on Saturday. There will be 10 new sale items this weekend, so don't forget to call or email customer service! :)

    What if customer service rep doesn't get back with a forum member in a timely fashion? We had someone today ask about this from Hong Kong.

    When I emailed salesATlogos last Saturday, I got an auto-reply that said if I was inquiring about a sale, to be assured that the sale price on the date that I emailed them would still be honored. I had planned on keeping the email just in case but received a phone call from sales (not a cold call since I initiated the correspondence) within five minutes.

    So yes, from the auto-reply, I understood that if they did not get back to me until later on in the week that my sale price would still be honored.

    EDIT: If you would like I could copy/paste the text of the email here in the morning when I get home from work. I think that it is obvious from my last few posts that I don't have the best reading comprehension  [:$]
