Lost songs on Proclaim - help!!

We've been entering in our music library of about 120 songs and formatting the songs the way we like them. We have been adding them into a dummy presentation we called "song edition" so that when the weekly service is programmed in it has the songs in history so they can be added in formatted the way we like them which has been working great.

As we were adding in songs today into our "song edition" the screen started flickering and it was cycling through the songs and we couldn't control it. We logged out and back in again to find dozens of our songs added recently missing, it appears to have deleted hours of hard work. Undo delete doesn't remedy it and those songs most recently added aren't in "My Songs" anymore.

It's all synced now across our computers and we've lost a lot of songs. Is there any way to retrieve this data? We'd appreciate your help as we've lost hour and hours of work and are now tentative about putting the songs in again. Thanks

Looking at your server data and I see 110 songs in your "My Songs" database. I've also looked at your group's "Song edition" presentation and see lots of songs in the presentation. Can you provide a specific example of a song that you are unable to find?

Hi Scott, thanks for your help. The issue seems to be that Proclaim it deleted a number of songs off our "song edition" which at first didn't appear in "my songs" either. After leaving it a few hours those songs did start appearing again in my songs and we can't see any missing now which is great. We were adding songs into our weekly presentation by reusing items which we can't do now with some songs but this doesn't really matter as we can add song then find it in my songs and the layout still is as we did it.

Is there a better way that what we are doing to add in our song library, format it how we like and then access those songs at a future date. Thanks so much for your quick response it was very reassuring after our little freak out. Cheers Matt
