Bug: L5.1 Beta 6 can't export footnotes designated by an asterisk (star)
As discussed in this thread, footnotes (in this case bible references) indicated by an asterisk are not exported to Word/saved as RTF, the asterisk/star character is brought over as a simple character, not as a footnote marker.

Printing works as intended, see PDF 8244.The Three Epistles of S. Cyril, Archbishop of Alexandria English Text. Cyril, Archbishop of Alexandria English Text.pdf
Export to RTF and save to Word - using different fonts by the way - drop the asterisked footnotes

This bug can be seen in resources from the Cyril of Alexandria collection, such as used here logosres:3epistcyril;ref=Cyrillus$5Falexandrinus.Cyr._Alex.,_Ep._4;off=834 and has been confirmed for 5.1 Beta 6 on Windows 7 32 bit as well as for stable release 5.0b SR3 on Windows 7 64 bit version.
Note that in the bible commentary resources (John, Luke), asterisk footnotes are not recognized in the Print/Export functionality at all, while numbered/lettered footnotes are. This may be another - unrelated?- bug or some strange resource issue, but needs fixing as well.
Can anyone confirm or deny this
- for other resources with asterisked footnotes?
- for other OS than Win 7 - does it work on a Mac?

Answering myself: this bug is not restricted to asterisked footnotes but to all and is an instance of this known issue: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/65341.aspx
