How long does it take a resource to show up?
I received a new pre-pub Tuesday on my laptop, and set up a reading plan. The reading plan showed up on my Android tablet yesterday, but the resource still hasn't. It's not listed in my library, and when I click on it in my reading plan it takes me to the Logos store to buy the resource.

Hey Pam,
You might want to check the product page. There are a few resources that are not available for mobile devices. Between the title & price on the product page it should say something like "Runs on Windows, Mac and mobile."

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not it. Resource says "mobile". Guess I need to be more patient.

Buying a resource on Tuesday and it not being available on Saturday sounds very strange.
Are you able to say which resource this was then - hopefully - others who purchased this resource can advise whether or not they can see it on their mobile devices?

Hi Pam,
I have had this problem on my Android phone before. As I recall, restarting my device caused my library to update properly. So you could try doing that if you have not already.

Thanks, Adam, it was the reboot that was needed. My library now has 60 more resources than it had before the reboot. [:)]
