Please provide some more details:

• are you online or offline when doing this?
• what resource are you in when you are doing this?
• can you give an example of a word in a verse where this happens?

(For example, I have just tried this against the word "God" in 1 Chron 26:32 in NRSV and I get the original language information)

• which translation are you using? I've just tried it in the NRSV and get the Hebrew. It needs to be a translation with an OT Reverse Interlinear
• do you own a Logos base package?
