Bug merging indexes Beta 2

Last night I purchased some additional resources which required a merging of indexes. Afterwards I am getting incorrect searches primarily in all the interlinear texts except the NKJV, which was one of the texts merged. Here is search on "son of man" which is clearly incorrect. This is the same whether I search them together for comparison here or individually.
This is the second computer that I am experiencing difficulties after merging the index.

There's a known bug in incremental indexing which should be fixed in the next beta. Thanks for your patience.
Until Beta 3 comes out, I don't recommend merging indexes.
If your index is corrupted you will unfortunately need to re-index everything.

Thanks.. reindex in process. Just a note, if you order too many new resources a merge automatically occurs. Also, is there a way these bugs can be available for beta testers, or did I just miss it?

How do we force it to reindex everything?

I don't remember reading this anywhere and it is a pretty big bug!

You delete the LibraryIndex folder in \Logos4!

You mean I should not upgrade my package from gold to platinum because it will break my index.? Hurry fix it!

This problem is only in Beta2. If you are running a separate copy of the regular SR7 release (as recommended) there will be no re-indexing problem.

Hi Mark,
If you have this problem in Beta 2 in a separate user, you will still have the problem with that index in Beta 3. Unless you blow out beta 2 and reinstall beta 3. Dave's point is valid.. if you are not on Beta 2 you should probably wait until beta 3. If you are on beta 2 and merged indexes, you should reindex before moving to beta 3. This is what beta testing is about, however, known bugs should be communicated to minimize the pain if possible to those testing. I suspect that while Logos indicated it was a known issue, they meant, they had become aware of it and therefore could not properly advise the testers accordingly.

Okay, I knew about that way.
I was hoping for a different answer since it was recommended as if it was something obvious.
I've merged indexes in beta2 without obvious problems. But now I wonder if I should just rebuild from scratch to be sure.

That's what I needed to know and will do it before downloading Beta 3.
Not complaining about this. It isn't affecting 'testing' Beta 2 for me at this point.

In Beta 3, you can enter the "reindex now" command to force a full reindex.
(You probably already read this in the Release Notes, but just adding it here for completeness.)

I tried the "reindex now" command in Beta 3, but it doesn't seem to work. Did that command get implemented?

Since 4.0a Beta 4, it's called "rebuild index" (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/6806/52817.aspx#52817).
