Move from Ipad to Galaxy note 10.1
I hope I've put this in the right sub forum, wasn't sure. I am currently using an Ipad, but am planning to move to a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, as I really want the s-pen functionality for taking notes in meetings etc.
My question is: Could anyone who has changed to Android tell me what functionality I will lose by moving from the Logos app in IOS to the Logos Android app?
Blessings

Hi Duncan
I currently use the Logos app on my iPad and on my Android phone.
One of the key differences which I see is that it is not currently possible to view notes documents on Android whereas it is on iOS.
There are others but that - to me - is a big one which I know Logos are working on.

Graham, Do you know if on the Android (Samsung Note 8) there is the option like on the iPad to scroll up/down instead of turning the page like in an actual book?
I too like the ability of the stylus for writing. I am hoping the next mini iPad will have that feature.

Hi Bev,
Not yet but it's in the pipeline.

Can someone tell me how to open a book for the "top" part and "bottom" part just by tapping 1-2 times..
.
Because it seems I could never get the split screen right unless I tap 4-5 times.. and sometimes the book option thing does't come out .. instead I get the "change the font, size, star" thingy.
tapping on the screen always gives me random results.. I know top left bring us to home.
Is there a guideline Kevin?
Also, can we have darker texts and maybe higher contrast also.. (compared to other reading apps such as Moon Reader Pro, Mantano Ebook, etc)
last one, under the Library.. the description of the books I have is "very very short" ...many times I never know which book because I cant tell by the short description, especially when the cover books are all the same.
Can you look at example of screen shot of the android app called Moon Reader Pro... I think the library layout is nice where I can see the book's descriptions.
Thank you Kevin!

Have you ever thought that how to transfer data between them?
Try to use Mobile Data Transfer to move data from iPad to Galaxy tablet.
