Yes, Logos.com has been down for a few hours - there are a number of posts on the forum discussing this - and Logos are working to get it back as soon as possible.

Can you work offline? Hold Ctrl key down as you start Logos and select the work offline option

I accidentally switched this morning to offline. How do I get the online stuff back now?
That is what I was expecting. I only have 1 page with 4 or 5 short story items on it now. Used to be 3 - 4 pages full. Maybe I just won't get all those pages of things anymore.
Try pressing Shift+F5
