Not showing all new books or messages in home page

I've launched to software 3 times today and I usually open the home page with bunch of offers, new books, pre-pub, book of the day etc, not it just show few things but none of the offers or messages etc?...

Any ideas what could be happening?

I usually expect to see about 9 to 12 pages on my "homepage"! This morning I was shocked to see on 3 or 4.....

It was due to the fact that Logos.com was "down" for a while; and the situation is now "restored," and I have 11 pages again.

If I'm not communicating well, please come back and try again; and I will give you a screen shot!

I have a MAC...

If you don't have your Function keys operating as Function keys then press SHIFT+FN+F5. Earlier today I had a customer call in with only a few items on their home page and hitting Shift+F5 (they were using Windows) refreshed the page and more content was revealed.

Function (fn) key + F5.

If that doesn't work, can you verify that Logos is online & syncing?

Sorry, I don't know much about mac keyboard variations. Maybe a picture will help. Do you have a keyboard similar to the one below?
