Verse notes on the desktop
I 
love the ability in my Android Bible or Faithlife to create notes that attach to verses. I'm very happy that when I create the note in Faithlife, it appears in the Bible app. I'm also very happy that when the note is attached to the ESV, it also shows up in the NIV, etc., with the same icons.
However, I wonder if/when these note icons will also show up in my desktop Logos.

This should work now.
To verify this, I have just added a note to a verse in my Android Bible app and it appeared as an icon with the associated text on my desktop.
Having said that, I know that some users have been having some issues with synchronisation between Android and desktop environments.
Please advise on:
- Android device and OS
- Version of Logos app you are using on your Android device (I am running the beta version 2.4.6 but believe this used to work when I was running earlier stable versions as well)
- Version of Logos software you are using on your desktop
- Whether you are running Windows or Mac on your desktop

I really wouldn't mind being on a beta track (which I am for my browser), but I just haven't done it.

I joined the beta channels for desktop, and two Android apps.

But even on the beta channels, notes attached to verses do not appear. I'm especially looking for the icons I selected on my Android apps; they do not appear on the desktop.

No. All my highlights are coming through, but on a passage I was reading the other day on my Android, with several icons (one a note icon in 1 Kings 18:24 ESV, the other a verse icon at 18:30), no icons of any kind show on my desktop.
What should I do?

This is important as it suggests that "note synchronisation" is working as highlights are a special case of notes.

If you press on the icon in your Android app, in the popup (at the bottom) it should tell you which notesfile the note is in
Check whether this notesfile is selected for the ESV Bible on your desktop by clicking on the "Visual Filter" icon (three interlocking circles" and scroll down in the Notes section until you get to the notesfile in question.
This not being selected would explain what you are seeing
