BUG: Scrolling in PBB (5.1 b9 MAC 10.8.3)
Is there a reason why scrolling is horrid with my touchpad in the personal book builder, but clicking and dragging the handle is smooth?
EDIT: This appears to be a touchpad only issue. My iMac with mouse works fine (except for "rubber banding" at the top & bottom of a list, which happens in other menus as well... can you add that to the list? [:)])

I don't have enough books to see this behaviour in the Personal Books Tool, but does it occur with other tools/guides/resources?

I currently have over 60, with plans to add many more.

Scrolling in books is generally fairly fluid.
Scrolling within my library (3481 resources) isn't "fluid" but it is "effective." (I can do a swipe and the library will move through all the books shown on the screen plus a few more. I.e. if there are 20 books visible in the library, I can fairly easily control it so that I scroll through 23-24. If I am more forceful, I can scroll through perhaps 100 with a single swipe.)
When I scroll in the personal book builder tool, it is extremely jerky, very hard to control, long delays between movements, rubber bands at the top & bottom of list, etc.

I have about 35
I don't have a touchpad but scrolling up and down in the PB tool using the scroll button on my mouse is very smooth.
May be a Mac-specific issue

Upon further inspection, it is a trackpad only issue. My "magic mouse" (a mouse with a touch scroll wheel rather than a physical one) works fine. I'll try to amend my OP.
