reference followed by double punctuation now turns into a link

I just noticed that if I enter a reference into a note, followed by double punctuation (e.g. - parenthesis & comma), it is now recognized as a reference, and turns into a link. When did this change? I am thankful that this long time irritation has now been rectified.

That doesn't work for me e.g. Is57:8). isn't recognised until I insert a space after the full-stop. If I immediately delete the space the reference is no longer recognised.

Dave, in the past, when I would enter a reference like (Is 57:8), I would have to press the space bar after the closed parenthesis to make it a hyperlink, and then delete the space and add the second punctuation mark (either a full stop or a comma). Maybe it was corrected a long time ago. The last inquiry about it on the forums that I could find was in Feb 2012. (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/26540/195758.aspx#195758)

The space is essential for recognition. If I change (Is 57:8) to (Is 57:12) it will be recognised as Is 57:8 until a space is typed.
