5.1 Beta 9 (5.1.0.0923) is available for testing.

To update to Beta 9, enter the Update Now command if you’ve switched to the beta channel before, or enter the Set Update Channel to Beta command if you’re on a stable version (such as 5.0b SR-4). To install Beta 9 from scratch, see the notes and download links on this thread.

Is it possible to get on the Beta site and if something goes wrong, switch back please?

How simple is that on Windows as well as Android please?

    Thanks.

Joshua, once you change over to the beta version you cannot change back except by deleting the beta version and reinstalling the release version.

I run both by having a second user account on my Windows PC. I run the stable (release version) on one and the beta version on another. Simple.

If you don’t have a separate computer for testing, consider creating a new user account for beta testing. Install the beta under that account, keeping the stable version on your regular account. You can still log in with the same logos.com email and password to share your licenses and settings between the two accounts. You should not share Resources folders, as Logos Beta may download resources that can only be read by the beta, which would corrupt your Logos installation.

I'm not sure what that warning is all about unless you try to redirect Logos to a shared resources folder, but you won't by default share a common resources folder. You will have separate resource files under each user account. It will work just fine if you don't try to do anything creative on your own part. All you need is the HD space to have a second set of resources, data, and documents.
