I'm trying to understand if there a difference in content between the phone app and logos.com login?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Jason. Welcome to the forums. I'm struggling to understand your question, I'm afraid...
Are you asking if there's any difference between the username and password you use to log into logos.com and the Logos iOS app? If so, the answer is they should be exactly the same. This will ensure that any resources you've bought from logos.com will sync and be available on your iPhone or iPad. (Please note that not all logos resources are available on mobile devices at the moment since some publisher licensing restrictions prevent Logos from doing this. All resources will be available on Logos 4 /5 on your computer assuming you have installed it.)
Jason, are you thinking of the biblia.com login? Yes, there is a difference between the phone apps (both iOS and Android) and biblia.com. They all provide the basic ability to read your Logos books, but their features are different from platform to platform.
Hi Jason, welcome to the forums! [:)]
The credentials you use for logos.com, the desktop app, faithlife.com, vyrso.com, and the mobile apps SHOULD all be the same, but it is possible for you to create separate ones for each. If you want resources shared across brands & platforms, you will need to use the identical credentials in each place.
Does that answer your question? Are you having difficulties logging in?
One other thing, as I realize you were asking specifically about differences in content: some of the Logos books you own will not be available on the mobile platforms because of licensing limitations. The product description pages used to have little icons to show you what platforms that book is available on, but those seem to have disappeared, and we're wondering where they went and whether they will be coming back sometime.
