To reproduce:
Only a hundred or so entries will be deleted, rather than all the ones you have selected.
To reproduce: Create a Word List with many hundreds of entries. Select most of those entries Right-click and choose delete. Only a hundred or so entries will be deleted, rather than all the ones you have selected.
Hmm. I'm not able to reproduce. I added all the words from the book of Hebrews, then selected all words, right-clicked, selected Delete Rows, and they all went away.
FYI, There was a similar bug last year that was fixed: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/53292.aspx, so maybe it's come back under certain conditions.
I am able to reproduce. I used Hebrews too, using the export to clipboard and then constructing the word list from the clipboard. Next I sorted by count and selected (left-click, scroll down, shift left-click) all the entries with counts <50. I then right-clicked and selected Delete Rows (also tried Delete key). The list shrinks by some number indeterminate number of rows.
NOTE: selecting all and deleting does work. It only fails if you do NOT select ALL elements.
Congrats on narrowing this one down to just the reproducible steps! Hopefully Logos will be able to repro and fix this one.
Thanks, Randy.
Err, welcome. But I really didn't do anything more that what the first two posts above say and confirm that both were right! [Y] [:D]

Yeah, but you made it absolutely clear that one must take Mark's "most of those entries" exceedingly literally, which was evidently not obvious to Todd and might have been missed by Logos QA as well when they tried to repro this if you hadn't clarified.
I am able to reproduce this issue on Windows. I will report the issue to Development. Thanks!
