"not available to download without a license"

After updating my iphone logos, it started ripping past books (ultimately freezing any other activity) saying "not available to download without a license." But, for most of these I have a license. I own the platinum package and have a total of 9,671 books.

I have stopped the program, stopped it by double clicking the home button and selecting the logos program. Shut it down. Then shut my I phone down and restarted the iphone. Started the logos program again and it is still stuck in a loop of notifying me that I don't have a license to open all these books that are flashing by. Again, most of them I do have a license to run.

Can anyone help me?

Some books are given for free for Iphone/Ipad if you view them online, but if you try do download them, you will get this message. Most likely you pressed to download all books, and those books give you this annoying message. Try to download those books which you know for sure you bought them and see if you get this message.

I can't because it is in a loop of trying to download books. Nothing stops it. As I described, I've tried everything I know to close the program. Stop the program. Restart Iphone and still when the logos starts, it goes into that loop one after another with the error message. I can't get any control. After about 4 hrs. it is now into the "E" books. By the time it gets through all, will it start over again? It will have to be stopped on Logos side rather than by my phone. And again, most of the books it is showing, I do own.

Terry - Did you click "download all"? How many books did you intend to download? How long have you been using the app (in its various incarnations)? What version of the desktop app are you using?

For the sake of your phone's free space, you might want to delete the app… you will lose all your downloaded resources.

I did not intend to "download all" but I had several selected to download. The funny thing is, since I posted, I have relocated to a different ips and was not getting the messages any more. I was able to cancel everything that was downloading and it looks like I am back up and running okay.

Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what has made the difference but relocating to another wifi gave me the opportunity to access the "cancel downloads" button. Made the difference.
