E4 resources showing up, uninvited to iOS...
I just noticed some E4 resources in my iPad Logos library. What's odd, is that these resources (e.g. Easton's Bible Dictionary; Tense, Voice, Mood; ASV 1901; etc.) are not in my Mac or PC libraries. I assume it's been like this for a long time because I keep pretty close track of my resource count. I checked my hidden resources and they aren't there either.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas how I can get rid of them?
Thanks.

There are some resources - including the ones you reference - which are made available for free online access to mobile devices when you register with Logos. These are not made available to the desktop environments unless you purchase them.
So this explains why you are seeing them - they are not downloadable (just available offline) so won't actually be taking space on your iPad but, as you have noted, are visible in your library.
The only way I can think of making them disappear from your library is to purchase them and then hide them but that's not a good solution[:(]
So hopefully that explains what you are seeing but - unfortunately - I can't think of any feasible mechanism to get rid of them.

The free mobile resources might have something to do with it, but these resources aren't even available through Logos. I own the newer Logos versions of them; so these are duplicates (of sorts). And they have different titles (e.g. E4's Easton's Bible Dictionary). Strange.

I first noticed this (bug?) a few days ago when I purchased the Contemporary English Version. I fired up my iPad and found 2 versions of it, the old E4 version and the one I'd just purchased. When I checked my Mac, only the new version is present...?
Any idea how to get rid of them?

Your experience here is very strange and rare. I think Logos will need to take a look for you. There is nothing that YOU can do, as far as I know. The mobile app library reflects every book license on your account that is "mobile enabled" (minus ones that are "hidden" but plus the ones given free with the mobile app). There is no way to remove a resource from your mobile device library without removing it from all other devices. The strange thing is why aren't those resources showing up on your desktop… Have you tried the command "update resources"?
The only obvious thing I can think of to ask you… Are you sure you don't actually have two separate Logos accounts?

You own all of these resources, so they should be appearing in your library on the mobile device, and the desktop application. If you miss them, and are concerned please call us at your earliest convenience (800-875-6467).
