Sync issues with Logos 4

I have searched high & low and can't find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Logos 4. My MacBook Pro somehow deleted Logos so tonight I downloaded it again and let it index the library, but now I have a yellow triangle showing up consistently in the upper right hand corner where the sync indicator resides. When I hover my mouse over the yellow triangle a message pops up. "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again." I click to try again and the yellow triangle comes right back.

I have tried closing & restarting Logos. I have tried restarting my computer just in case something needed to be reset, but neither of these things has fixed my problem.

I have been unable to find any sort of "error log" to figure out what the sync error is/was and I can't find solutions for troubleshooting this. I also run Logos on my iPad and due to this sync error, changes I make on my MBP are not making it to my iPad and vice versa.

Hi Liz! Welcome to the forums. [:)]

Several things:

Sometimes the Logos servers have problems, which will cause this sync error. I am unaware of any right now, however.
Sometimes a bug will cause these sync errors, but likewise, I am unaware of any known issues.
For the techies to know what is going on with your particular installation, they will need to see logs. You can learn more by following the link in my signature line.
Is there a reason you aren't using at least the free L5 engine? As long as you are using OSX 10.6, you are strongly encouraged to update. You can download the L5 engine through THIS LINK. In addition to keeping up to date, you will be able to use the L5 forum, which is much more populated than the L4 ones... which have turned into a ghost town. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
