With my simpleton ability to read logs, it appears to me to be an issue with the homepage. Is that what you load to? Have you tried loading to a blank layout?

Did you try loading to a blank layout? Since the app appears to be crashing on the homepage, loading a blank layout would bypass that.
Also, it might be necessary for Logos to see your logos.log file.

Doing so should fix the problem.
It may also be necessary to avoid using the home page at all until Beta 2 is released.
I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I'm guessing that it only happens at small screen resolutions. Whyndell, what is your screen resolution, and are you running Logos 5.1a maximised?
