Windows 8 login screen
I'm not sure where this post belongs, but it concerns the Logos screen that shows when I lock my laptop.
It used to be that it changed every day, but that doesn't happen any longer. I seem to see updated screens in my home page for Logos 5, but not when I lock my laptop.
Just wondering. . . .

Have you upgraded to Windows 8.1 Preview?
On my Windows 8.1 Preview computer, I've noticed that the Verse of the Day lock screen isn't updating every day; we're investigating this problem.

No, but I tried. Unless MS slipped it passed me, I'm still back in 8.0.
The Verse of the Day hasn't updated for a long time.
Hmm: don't know if it stopped updating when I tried to upgrade to 8.1 Preview or not.

I'm in 8.1 preview, and as I've said in other threads, the verse of the day is stuck in my lock screen and cannot be taken out. It also seems to alternate two or three verses. I'm thinking it's a Win 8.1 thing.

Is it true that if we upgrade to Windows 8.1 Preview now, we can't go directly to Windows 8.1 Official when it's released on October 17, but have to uninstall and reinstall?
