Library default sorting

When I open my library, it defaults to sorting by title. This is annoying because if I'm searching for something in my library, I want it to sort by rank so I can find what I'm looking for. So I have to hit the rank button, and then scroll all the way back to the top.

And if the library closes, and opens again, it again defaults to sorting by title, even if it still has the previous search term. Argh!!!

Does anyone know how to change the default sort?

No, there is no way to change it. I find this irritating too. I usually like to view my library sorted by Last Updated, as I frequently use my library to see recently acquired books to tag.

I wish they would remember the Library sort order when you close the Library and re-open it.

I've requested this before, but it looks like it hasn't made it to UserVoice to be voted on, so I'm not sure they've prioritized it for implementing any time soon.

So I have now added it to UserVoice. Please go vote for it there. I could only manage to free up 2 votes from other features.

What do you mean by "automatically started" -- a Logos employee had to decide to manually mark that as started.

And no, your votes are not automatically freed. You have to go and retrieve them. But I'm leaving mine there for a while. This is too good to be true, and I want to see the feature in the next beta before I release my votes.

That would certainly be a cause for a massive celebration.

BTW, DominicM has just written a hack that will do this for us. But caution, as it's unsupported. Use at your own risk, and read all the cautions in his post about it.
