Asked my question in another forum (my local barber).
Answer: Yes!
He has a Galaxy 2 and is very happy with it. He can read books from Kindle and check emails. Have a dictionary open with a book from Kindle.
I didn't get to ask him about Evernote b/c he was schooling me in the advantages of buying through BestBuy as opposed to Amazon. I would really appreciate it if someone would address this question. And oh, I'm looking at the new Nexus 7. Pro's and Con's discussed here would help alot.

What I see is the nexus 7 with 1920 x 1200 pixels at 323dpi, but a storage limit of 32GB.
I like the Galaxy Note 8.0 even with 800 x 1280 pixels at 189dpi, but with storage of 32GB, and SD support up to 64GB.

On some Samsung Android devices one can Multi Window, a step up from multi tasking.
Logos supports this on Samsung devices where it is enable. I have the Galaxy Note 8.0 and it works there. An example is Evernote, which also supports the Samsung multi window feature. I can have Logos open on the upper part of the screen, Evernote on the bottom. Read a part, copy or write a note, read on, bring up a note in Evernote from something else, etc. I've also used the feature to have Logos open side by side with the internet, email, Kindle and some office/word-processing apps.
