Changing Password Kill Downloads Still?

Does changing my password force me to re-login to the app and thus kill my downloads? I seem to remember it doing so early on, but haven't changed my password in so long that I haven't paid attention to this issue.

I'd like to change it for security reasons, but afraid to lose everything on my various devices. Due to the nature of my position as tech writer I have quite a few and re-downloading is a painful idea.

I thought that was still an issue. Wish this was not a problem anymore. Wish Logos would not wipe the data till after they asked you to reenter password and when you fail after say 3 attempts then it wiped the data.

If you change your password you will indeed have to re-login to the app (since the password has changed), but all of your downloaded resources will still be there.

To clarify... the user no longer needs to delete the app?

Correct; the next time the app is started the username will be remembered and you'll be prompted for a password. Once the new password is entered everything should work normally and all local resources will still be there.
