How do I remove resources from the list?

How can I remove a resource that I'll probably never read?

For example, I'll never use the Arabic Bible, but it appears in the list of resources on my android phone and tablet.  It doesn't appear in the desktop application (windows), so I can't use the "Hide Resources" feature.  I didn't purchase this resource, but it's cluttering up my list.

Is this possible?

Thanks for helping out a new user!

Hi Daniel - and welcome to the forums.

Sorry but I don't believe it is possible to remove these free resources from the library.

There is a "Sort by Recent" option in the library panel which shows most recently accesses resources at the top and this would eventually move unwanted resources from view. That's the best option I can think of.

    Hi Daniel

all free resources are visible when your android is online. You won't have this problem working offline. But I guess you prefer working online?

If you rate all your own resources (unlocked on the PC or Mac) with at least one star, the free resources will be sorted after the rated ones. The Problem with rating is, that all "interesting" free resources are listed even after the "A"-rabic Bible.

Would be worth a suggestion to LOGOS rating the free online resources...

Then it would not be a user rating! Sorting Library by Rating is more effective, but I could do without them in Library unless they are my choice.

I would love the ability to remove items from the list.   I want to be able to go between sources quickly without having to spend a while sorting through the list, and while I can take care of that with the regular Logos library, it adds a fair bit of frustration to have more clutter. I think they're great resources, if a person can utilize them. It really takes away the efficiency of the program and in doing that makes it less useful for me.

Hi Patrick - and welcome to the forums

If you tag your resources in such a way that you can exclude the ones you don't want to appear on your mobile device then you can, effectively, do this. For more information on tagging please see http://wiki.logos.com/Tagging

If - for example, you tagged all the resources you wanted to display on your mobile device with the tag "mobileresource" you could then use the filter "mytag:mobileresource" in the library panel in the mobile app.

This will result in only those resources appearing.

    Hope this helps
