I need these two features on Android.

These two feature are at the top of my most wanted listed for Android:

  1. The highlighting feature should remember what note file you last selected.  Every time I highlight (which I do a lot) I have to search for my note file.
  2. Easy access to a dictionary definition
  • I frequently need to look up a definition of a word and the quickest way now is to highlight the word and do a "word study".  The definition should appear when you highlight a word - similar to Kindle.

Number 1 is in my personal queue of upcoming tasks (I won't say at what position, but it's in there).

Number 2 has been investigated, but I don't know what the plans are for proceeding (meaning, I'm not sure if/when we will implement it)

    Hope that helps. [:)]

Please push it up the list if not already at the top. Biggest discrepancy between iOS and Android right now.

I would love for the search functionality to NOT be hidden 2 levels deep under settings requiring several swipes.

Not everyone wants to use the Android version as JUST a reader please.

Lastly, it would be great if I underlined in one app and it remembered in another app across platforms even - but for that I bet I am dreaming.

underlining should sync across multiple Logos apps and across multiple platforms.

is that not your experience or are you looking for something else?

Yes to both suggestions but I especially agree with 2.  Kindle's immediate access to a dictionary for a quick definition while reading is excellent.
