"Not Available" error for downloaded resources
I'm using the Verbum Logos software on my iPad (version 3.4.0.2142) and I've downloaded several resources to my device such as the Bible (RSV-2CE), the Ignatius Catholic Study NT, the Catechism of the Catholic Church (english), and the Vatican II documents. I love being able to read these documents wherever I am, regardless of Internet connection.
My problem, though, is that whenever I read a downloaded resource *offline* that references either of the latter two resources, I tap on the citation and get the error message "Not available." The citations work fine when I'm connected to the Internet but they don't work offline, even though I'm positive I've downloaded the appropriate resources onto my device.
I've tried removing the CCC and Vatican II documents and then reinstalling them to my device, several times, all to no avail. I still get the same error message. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi Brandon! Welcome to the forums. [:)]
You will have to pardon my ignorance… I'm not Catholic and am unfamiliar with these packages & resources. For clarification:
- Do you actually own all of these resources, or are there some which came free with the mobile software?
- Do you own a Verbum base package?
- So that I can understand better… you are clicking on a link in one resource, and expecting the referent to open up, but its not. Do I understand correctly?
Many features are performed via the Logos servers. I am unsure if what you are trying to do is possible or not… Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it.

Thanks for the fast reply! To answer your questions:
1. Yes, I own all of these resources (e.g. the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Vatican II documents, etc.)
2. Yes, I own a Verbum base package (the Verbum Scripture Study Package).
3. Yes, that is correct.
I've uploaded three screenshots to better clarify the situation. In the first picture, you can see that I clearly have the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) resource downloaded to my device (hence the "Remove" option.) In the second picture, you see what happens when I tap on a CCC citation *while connected to the Internet.* In the final picture, you see what happens when I tap on a CCC citation *without Internet* (e.g. in 'airplane' mode on my iPad.) For whatever reason, even though the resource is supposedly downloaded to my device, it can only be accessed through citation while connected to the Internet. Here's one more added twist: I can *read* the CCC in offline mode, so I know it's downloaded to my device. However, when I'm in offline mode and click on references to the CCC in *other* documents, the citations return the error, "Not available."

I am fairly certain that the issue is directly related to the fact that this function is performed through the Logos servers. In other words, the link looks for the resource online, not on your device. In the desktop app, there is a complicated index which is compiled to direct links to the right resource. The mobile app doesn't have this feature currently.
