I have a Windows 8 tablet and prefer to read and highlight without a keyboard (physical or virtual). My tablet does NOT have a stylus.
I have a mouse so that allows me to select text (instead of trying to use my finger to select). I can open the Highlighting panel and use the highlighters in there. But that takes up precious real estate on the small tablet screen.
Question: How do I add the highlight pens (yellow, orange, etc) to the shortcut bar up top (between the command box and the sync icon)? I tried dragging a highlight pen from the highlight panel to the shortcut area but it doesn't work.
I also noticed that the Highlighting panel cannot be sized (shrunk). Is that by design?
Thanks!
Peter
