Mobile devices

I have two Nexus 7 and two Galaxy S4 on Logos website in my account where you see mobile devices. I just purchased a new Nexus 7 is why there is two of those and I had to do a factory reset on the Galaxy S4. How do I tell which one is the latest? Can I just remove them all and the tablet and phone will reload?
