My logos is reindexing for ever, it will not let me open the program. Please help.

Please tell us about your computer system and version of Logos.
As we need some logs you should turn on permanent logging, restart your computer and then start Logos. If it will not open follow the instructions at http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Not_Starting and open to a blank layout. If still indexing or not starting then upload the Logos Log Files folder as per the first wiki.
Also, is there a reason you are not using Logos 5?
Sorry I am using Logos 5. I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64. Thank you.
Lurdez, cancel all Logos operations opening the Windows Task Manager (CTRL-SHIFT-ESC) and going to the Processes tab and stopping all process with Logos in the name.
Then follow Dave's link to the instructions on turning on diagnostic logging and his further instructions there.
I have added the Log files, hope this can shed some light on my problem, I tried what you said but it crashes.

It is crashing very quickly when it is trying to do something with your licenses. Unless someone else has a suggestion, I suspect you will need Logos Tech Support's help on this issue. I don't know if they will have anyone on hand tomorrow. If not, the earliest will be Tuesday. It wouldn't hurt to try tomorrow or send them an email (tech@logos,com) with a link to this Forum thread.

That's impossible. L4 is only about 4 yrs old. That leaves thousands of years before you could lay any claim to forever. [;)]
