While trying to open a book, the program is stuck and keeps crashing. I am getting frustrated. I am not running ios7 betas. It is the latest version of ios6. I have a couple reading programs going, lots of highlights and bookmarks. I tried rebooting the phone and the problem still persists.

I would like to know. Being as I have an account and I'm signed in on the Verbum software, are all my reading plans etc. saved if I delete and reinstall the software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Dan

HI Dan - and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

While trying to open a book, the program is stuck and keeps crashing

Does this happen with any book or with a particular one(s)?

To help troubleshoot it may be worth sending in logs after a crash.

To do this press the "settings" cog on the homepage, then press "Help" and "Send Support info". Change the email address to yours and then attach the resulting log to a past in this thread.

Yes, the Verbum app is correctly logged into your account the reading plans, highlights, etc are saved on Logos servers and will be reloaded automatically if you reinstall the software. Any books you have downloaded will need to be downloaded again.

    Hope this helps

You can double check via L5 on your desktop (Mac or PC) or via http://biblia.com

    Hi Alabama.

    just a detail.

Reading plans can be seen at Biblia but I don't believe personal notes or highlights can.

trying to avoid any confusidan here!

Thanks for all the help. I deleted, reinstalled and logged in and everything is back as usual.

I will try to set up the crash logs for in the future.
