$20 Gift Card?

I just received an email telling me to fill out my faithlife profile completely by today so that I can recieve the $20 gift card this month. But as far as I can tell I already filled it out about two weeks ago. The indicator on the upper right of the screen telling how far my progress in my profile vanished at that time (after I filled it out). The only items left for me to fill out are my website, twitter, and linked In profiles/sites. Do we have to fill these out in order to get the $20 credit?

I'm a little confused as well, Liam. The progress bar in my case says 90%. I cannot see what it is that I have left to do. I don't have a Twitter account or LinkedIn. Those fields don't appear to be marked with an asterisk as being required.

I sent an e-mail to FaithLife. We will see what happens.

I too got the email, but I have filled out everything...the key was adding a photo. Once I did that in the past, then I had completed it.

Thanks for the link Mark! I looked and they haven't been applied to my account. I thought they said we'd recieve it by mid Sept. so I'm confused. I went ahead and just filled out everything on my faithlife profile just in case. Still no credits though, and there are no empty spaces left on my profile page (as far as I can tell). Hmmm..

I confirmed, like Charlene, that my photo was missing in the profile. Wasn't paying attention to all the asterisks. All better now...

I no longer see the % complete bar, so I'm thinking that I'm done, however, I did receive an email a couple of days ago stating not to forget to complete my FaithLife profile. George, I got the same birthday credit. I wonder if it can be combined with the back to school specials? The reason for asking is that each of those two require a code to be entered. Can more than one code be entered for any one purchase?

Yes. I usually place a comma between them, although I don't know whether or not it is needed. At least put a space between codes.

If I remember correctly from a March Madness Sale the system can handle 5 discount codes, no more. The instructions said to put a comma between them but made no mention of spaces. I think the system treats special characters (commas & forward slashes) as spaces so Jack's way should work too. But in the event you have six codes to enter you will have to do two transactions to gain the benefit of the sixth discount code.

No credit yet and they said mid-september. How come some are getting it at the beginning of September? My profile has been completed yet as others received an email saying I had finished the survey BUT not to forget to fill out the faithlife profile. I guess it was just a reminder because I'm done completing it (I've been done since they announced it). Well, hopefully we'll all get it in spite of the technical glitches Logos has been having on this promotion.

Actually Mark, that credit on your account is for a returned product. It's not related to the 500k promotion at all. So good news... there's more where that came from. :-)
