Bible Facts: 'nations' in Jeremiah 5.14

Studying Jer 5.14 and having read the blog today, I was curious what an 'enduring nation' was (I assume in contrast to the evil Edomites being funded by Babylon).

So I right-clicked 'nation', then 'Person', and then 'Bible Facts'.

The curiousity was the greyed out 'Dictionaries' (promised in the blog), in contrast to the afore-mentioned right-click menu, which included Anchor, etc

I assume the Bible Facts dictionaries are exact spelling?

Yes, Denise, an important criteria for using Logos, is to 'use Logos'. Inexperience is a big limiter.

Now, here's some quick training (Super-Mini-Camp-Logos):

Let's say you're skimming along in 'Studies in Assyrian History'. You note that Samaria was captured a year earlier than Hamath.

Using your Logos inexperience, you right-click 'Hamath' to see where it is.

Logos shows no 'Place' entry for obvious reasons: it's 'Biblical Facts' (you're not in a Bible).

Solution: jump to a dictionary with 'Hamath'. Then click on a Bible reference, eg 2 Kings. Then right-click on Hamath.

Success! And soooo easy!

You can get Nations in Facts' dictionaries section.

I guess this will need to remain under the heading of Australian Logos's vs Sedona Logos's?

I tried your way; zippo. Plus, of course the blog method.

The 'Hamath' (or any other example) is more curious; it queries the resource indices; but not the BF one.

However, I meant that Nations (plural) is a dictionary entry (not Nation) but Facts doesn't use it with any of its Nations ... entries and it seems that resource entries for Nations are tagged as Person Nation or one of the Person Nations... Hence no dictionary entry!

Sorry to misunderstand!

Well, since everyone is thrilled with Bible Facts (and Biblical non-Sense Lexicon), I'm hoping Oaktree will at least have an index of maps to select from. They're on the leading edge you know.
