Did we get official word it was being worked on? I know they had been exploring to see if there was interest.

No official word, and I wouldn't expect it to be unless it comes out in beta.

I don't know if I would ever use it, but it would be a great benefit to many people. I have no inside info… I am probably just bloviating here ([:P])… I wonder what the legalities might be? Would Logos need publisher permission (probably)? Would the current licensing agreements cover this? Would Amazon need to give permission (maybe)?
It seems to me like it would be a fairly complicated issue. If I were to own the company, I would certainly never commit to it until all the details were worked out and I knew it would work… from a legal, economical, and technical point of view.

Given that Amazon is about to offer free Kindle versions of at least 10,000 titles to those who have purchased paper copies of those books, and deeply discounted offerings for others, publishers have very little to loose here. Further, Logos likely gives them more in return for sales than Amazon does, so it makes sense to nurture their relationship with Logos. Finally, we already have these titles, we are not likely to purchase them again anyway.

Would love for that to be a two way street... Export the things I've had to purchase in Kindle, into logos format... I Understand why Logos won't. But I would still love the ability to export my kindle books (without intermediary steps) into Logos.Richard DeRuiter said:

Amazon pays the publishers for that ability. They do the same thing with CD Auto Rip.

When will logos fixed this problem with bible word study? Notice the greek and english are overlapping. This has been an issue for a significant amount of time.
