Favorites "star" seems to have stopped working in newest version
Just today I noticed that the star icon in the ribbon at the top of each resource no longer responds to a touch. The other icons all work, just not that one. I can add something to Favorites, and can access Favorites from the LHS Tools menu, just can't bring up Favorites taping the star.
Anyone else noticed this?
I have closed Logos and reopened, and turned off the iPad and restarted it. No change.
I am using app version 3.4.1 (3.4.1.2143) with iOS7 on a third gen iPad.

it works for me, sorry! I remember an issue some had at one time with the iPad in landscape mode... But I think it was fixed, and I can't reproduce. I am running beta, however.

Thanks. I was hoping not to have to reinstall.

I just tried portrait mode and the star works there. So it is a problem in landscape mode. Should this be reported as a bug?

I have the same issue, Mark, since you mentioned it and I can duplicate it in ios 6.1.3. FYI

Thanks, Joan. Funny thing is it used to work for me.

Sure. I don't know if the issue is fixed with the beta builds, or if the bug exhibits itself sporadically, or under unique circumstances. Since I don't EVER use landscape mode, I have only experienced this issue in helping others troubleshoot... But it has been a while since I have heard anyone complain about it. [:s]

And that's really all I use, and this problem just cropped up. I attributed it to iOS7 since it appeared after I upgraded to that. But Joan has the problem in iOS 6 so that isn't it.
Love to have the developers insight. If reinstalling will fix it, I'll do that (but hate to have to re-download resources if that isn't a sure fix). If it won't fix it because no one knows what's going on, I'll wait until someone figures it out. Somehow that star icon is not touch sensitive in Landscape mode (at least sometimes). Weird.

This is a known issue that was fixed a few weeks ago in the beta branch. It is unrelated to iOS7.

A reinstall will not fix this issue - we hope to ship a new stable soon.

When in the default split screen (two equal halves) and landscape mode, the favorites star doesn't work. I found that using the gray button at the bottom to make the side with the star a little bigger, it works fine.
It appears that the program puts the star there, and it fits, but the software later doesn't think there's enough room and it is inactive (strictly my guess as to the cause).

Kevin, thank you. I can live with it, esp. since I can get to it in portrait mode.

Bill, you are certainly correct in observing the problem does not exist when the screen is not split in half. I hadn't made that observation.
